CTF : Manually operated capsule filling machine is designed to serve the need of R & D purpose, small ba tches, trial runs for large scale as well as regular production in small scale pharmaceutical companies. The machine is easy to operated, and give production with minimum rejection and no weight variation. It is capable to fill, pellets in all sizes of hard gelatin capsules.

NOTE : Change Parts (Contact Parts) made of S.S. 304 or S.S. 316 as per requirement.

Capsule Size 00,0,1&2 this compo size works on the same machine, where for size 3 & 4 require a separate machine and also require separate machine for size 5.

Auto Capsule Loader

Automatic Capsule Loader is used in combination with a manually operated filling machine. Capsules are loaded in loading tray in cap up-body down position automatically (Instead of filling loading tray manually in filling machine)

Dust Extractor – 70 CFM

Dust Extractor-70 CFM Used to collecting loose powder from capsule polishing through dry vacuum.

Capsule Polishing Machines

MODEL : CPM
Capsule Polishing Machine Consists with stainless steel chambers installed with Nylon net, a revolving variable speed spiral nylon brush, the capsules travel from one end to the other end. During this travel, they are subjected to roll in between the nylon bristles. In this course, the powder on the capsules and at the edge are removed and sucked by the Dust extractor. The Capsules coming out of the chute are thoroughly polished, shiny & Clean.

Empty Capsule Ejector.

Empty Capsule Ejector works on the principle of airflow force. Filled capsules will straight towards the down level & Empty Capsule with fall straight towards the down level & Empty capsule will eject outside when airflow force is applied on the capsules, it’s specially to sort out empty capsules from filled capsules.
