Captech Systems has designed fully automated capsule filling machines for filing powder, pellets granules and tablets separately or in combination such as powder-peliets, pellets+pellets, powder tablel, pellets+powder+pilets, etc.

Rapid Mixer Granulator is used for mixing of ingredients as well as wet granulation. The Impeller is multibladed and is fitted close to the base of the mixing bowl where as the chopper is mounted on the wall of the mixing bowl.

This is Auger type Dry Powder filling machine with Servo Drive Mechanism which is suitable for free flowing dry powder. It is available in Single head, Double head and Triple head as per required output.
